KALLELSE OCH DAGORDNING för Cirkus Syds ÅRSMÖTE 2026

CS Annual General Meeting is open to all members who have annual membership or rolling membership (support members or 4 week members can attend but not vote). It's a suitably formal informal affair organised by CS Board of Trustees.
Please register by 10th of April which is also the deadline to send in suggestions to add to the agenda.
AGENDA AGM
§ 1-4 Meeting opens, meeting chair, secretary and verifier is elected.
§ 5-7 Approval of agenda, confirmation of eligible votes and meeting procedures
§ 8-10 Annual report, financial report, auditor’s report and freedom from responsibility.
§ 11 Membership (fees and conditions) - Discussion on relationship between CS and Lund Circus Open Training from January 2027 onwards.
§ 12 Discussion of ideas (please send discussion points for the agenda latest 10th of April to edward@cirkussyd.com)
§ 13-17 Election of trustees (please send suggestions for consideration info@annaljungqvist.se latest 8th of April 2026)
§ 18 Any other business
