Members training
As a Cirkus Syd member you can train almost every day of the week at our studio "Blåan" at Stenkrossen in Lund.
The Studio is 7x7 m, ceiling height 4.5 m, and there are fixed rigging points where it is possible to rig aerials. No aerial training allowed if you are alone in the space.

Studio time
Are you an artist or physical performer in need of a space to develop ideas, do artistic research, or simply rehearse?
Cirkus Syd offer its members to book studio time for rehearsals or self-funded residencies Mon - Fri 09:30 - 16:00 in our Studio at Stenkrossen in Lund. The space is open for artists and performers from all fields including (but not exclusive to) circus, dance, theatre and performance art. We welcome both groups and individual artists. New, upcoming and aspiring artists are all welcome!
Book the studio by emailing fridamy@cirkussyd.com. Give us a short presentation of who you are, what work you are planning to do, and what dates you would like to work in the studio.
The Studio is 7x7 m, ceiling height 4.5 m, and there are fixed rigging points where it is possible to rig aerial. The space is connected to Cirkus Syd’s office (on another level, with no wall in between, meaning you’ll have to be ok with us seeing what you are doing).

When: Weekdays daytime. You can book up to 8 weeks consecutive time subject to availability.
Circus Library
From spring 2023 the members of Cirkus Syd will gain access to our Circus Library at Stenkrossen in Lund!
Come by during our office hours, make a cup of coffee and explore our collection of circus books! Or have a look at our catalogue and see which books are available for home reading.
The library is open during Cirkus Syd’s office hours, Mons - Thur 10:00 - 15:00. Check our residency calendar for availability
