CS Annual General Meeting is open to all members to register to attend. It's a suitably formal informal affair organised by CS Board of Trustees.
All members welcome, come meet the board, come give your ideas and thoughts or just observe.

§ 1-4 Meeting opens, meeting chair, secretary and verifier is elected.
§ 5-7 Approval of agenda, confirmation of eligible votes and meeting procedures
§ 8-10 Annual report, financial report, auditor’s report and freedom from responsibility.
§ 11 Membership (fees and conditions)
§ 12 Discussion of ideas (please send discussion points for the agenda latest 1st of June to info@cirkussyd.com with AGM in subject field)
§ 13-17 Election of trustees (please send suggestions for consideration info@cirkussyd.com latest 27th of May 2021)
