Cirkus Syd is a networking platform for international research, development and innovation based in Lund, Sweden. We are currently looking for new board members. We recruit board members when need to complement skills and expertise rises in the board of trustees in order to keep the wellbeing of the organisation in check.
At the moment we are searching for a new member to join the team with specific expertise and experience of considerable managerial expertise. This does not need to be arts related in any shape or form, but Swedish HR, large scale budgeting knowledge, experience and enthusiasm mandatory. Sector specific knowledge of circus or arts not required. We are looking for a visionary admin nerd. The commitment:
ongoing variable levels of communication via digital tools with main focus/responsibility of your main area of expertise
contribution to development of the vision
attendance to AGM
attendance to bi-annual extended board retreats
attendance to board workshops of organisational development
limited liability
working language is English
