We live in a world in constant change, where the digital context and access to information is growing in an unprecedented way. Audiences are increasingly proactive, playing a "new" role in the context of cultural management and artistic programming. For example could the context of participatory management play an essential role in the future models for the cultural organisations management? In this seminar we explore examples of participatory cultural management.
