Location: in Hallen at Stenkrossen, Kastaniengatan 13, 223 57 Lund Ideal for: Intermediate level - walk safely in a two high and perform a lying down foot to hand. Be curious about a more concept based than tricks-based workshop. What does it mean to be flyer/base?! Ideally come in a duo but not necessary.
About the Workshop, what to expect:
Intermediate level
A workshop focusing on improving your partner acrobatics technique, approach and training. Group work (columns, passing and banquine) and duo work (dynamic and static). The intention is to equip you to continue your acrobatic training in a healthy and productive way by laying a solid groundwork. Including ideas and techniques for your future training.
What to Bring: training / comfy clothes, water, chalk.
About Ben:
Ben Collis is a partner acrobatic base and middle, trained at DOCH (SKH) and Flic. He has been performing for many years in Sweden and around Europe, has been teaching at many acrobatics conventions, and is the coach for Stockholm's acrobatics group SAS. Foto Karin Tedenbrant
