Workshop title: Masterclasses in partner acrobatics, advanced level
Led by: Ben Collis Ideal for:
Advanced level - be able to perform a controlled hand to hand walk in a square. Hit 9/10 without taking extra steps. Experience in banquine saltos. Ideally come in a couple.
About the Workshop, what to expect:
Advanced level
A composite of some of my best workshops and training techniques including 'tricks to make you better', '3-hi-no-longe' and 'Getting High'.
The intention will be to give a toolbox to improve your training and troubleshoot tricky tricks, as well as to develop a healthy and effective approach to acrobatics. Bases should be ready to carry 2 people at the same time. Flyers should be ready to take control. Everyone should be ready to save each other from the floor. Ego's to be left at the door.
What to Bring: training / comfy clothes, water, chalk.
About Ben:
Ben Collis is a partner acrobatic base and middle, trained at DOCH (SKH) and Flic. He has been performing for many years in Sweden and around Europe, has been teaching at many acrobatics conventions, and is the coach for Stockholm's acrobatics group SAS. Photo: Jonas Persson
