About the workshop, what to expect: 

This workshop is about the meeting of dance and acrobatics and about the meeting place with yourself - quite introverted. Dance/acrobatics is a way to inhabit the body through which you can explore and challenge existence. I am, for the most part, the body, and the body feels and confirms the experience of being. The body makes me feel alive, and do I make the body perform dance and jumps? What is it for you? 

This workshop aims to combine principles of acrobatic movements with dance practice. The class is designed to provide tools to explore acrobatic movements by delving into the mechanics behind the tricks, enabling participants to use them for individual exploration beyond fixed routines.
