Circus Historical talk about Malmö Hippodrome - with Toni Rhodin

The hippodrome in Malmö was created in 1899 as a circus bespoke venue. The last circus shows there took place in 1922 and the venue has since that time served as both a theatre and church. We are very lucky to have been able to commission Cirkus Brazil Jack’s resident circus historian, Toni Rhodin, to create a talk around the building highlighting the history of the Malmö Hippodrome as a venue built for circus and the circus culture around that time. 

Looking back to look forward, we learn from the past to create a better future for the whole circus community.  This is a ticketed event.
