Soft body and soul warm up. Some slow stretching, calm dancing and lots of rolling on the floor. Come as you are! No physical experience needed. Lead by Fridamy Roth.
The session takes place in Blåan at Stenkrossen. You are very welcome to join us from 9:30 when will be serving tea and coffee.
The event is free but registration is needed.
